Biography
Known as the “Doctor of Dimensioning,” Alex Krulikowski is a noted educator, author, consultant, and world renowned expert on geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
Degreed Instructor
Alex has a degree in industrial vocational education from Eastern Michigan University and has been teaching GD&T for more than 20 years. He understands how to apply adult learning principles, so all his courses utilize a series of goals and objectives that reinforce concepts and produce measurable results. He also has an encyclopedic knowledge of geometric tolerancing, which he imparts in an accessible, down to earth manner.
Industry Professional
As a design manager with one of the world’s largest manufacturing corporations, Alex gained more than 30 years of industrial experience putting GD&T to practical use on the shop floor. Because of this extensive industry experience, his teaching is geared to a practical approach that enables the GD&T knowledge to be transferred to the workplace.

Alex founded Effective Training Inc. in 1985. Since then, ETI has become an internationally recognized leader in the field of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
Alex employs a team of professionals who provide GD&T products and training to thousands of organizations worldwide. ETI’s teaching materials are used in hundreds of educational institutions in the US, Canada, and overseas.
